• You register and use the account on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person.
• You are not currently on a self-exclusion list or under any self-imposed or authority-imposed betting restriction period.

• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at nagabet. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining funds.
